📍Vélopop’ is a shared electric bike rental service available for self-service use.
We offer you the option to rent our bikes for the duration of a trip, within the authorized zone shown in blue, using our mobile app which you can find in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
You can find our bikes at various stations marked by a circle on the app, located throughout the Avignon area
💰A pre-authorization of €25 will be requested at the start of your trip according to the billing policy - Billing Policy
👤 You can rent only 1 bike per trip with your Vélopop account.
🚴♀️ To start a trip, it’s simple: At the station, you must scan the QR code on the last parked bike (on the opposite side of the kiosk) to begin your ride and press the left brake to unlock it. More information - Start the Trip
🚨It is forbidden to take a bike from the middle of the row🚨
*30-minute waiting period between two trips*
🏁 To end your trip, connect your bike to the last parked bike using the magnets located on the handlebar and the rear wheel of your bike. More information - End My Trip
🚧 The first bike is not working? You can report it (if the bike has not yet been marked as broken) in the app via the “?” icon. The app will suggest that you place it in the virtual maintenance zone located at the end of the station, so you can take the next bike. More information - Bike Not Working or Battery Dead
