To end your trip you must go to one of ours stations.
You are not in station: Once you reached your destination you have to click on the "END" button in the right bottom corner of your screen. The app will use your phone's location information to find a station nearby. The app will show you the way to get there and return your bike.
You can see on the app the number of the places remaining at station.
You are in station: Here are the instructions to follow to properly end your trip
- Attach your bike to the terminal or to the last bike, using the two magnets located on the handlebars and rear wheel on the right-hand side of the bike, following the floor guide.
- Turn the handlebars by about 30 degrees to the right to ease the insert of your bike, and to make sure that both of the bike's magnets are properly attached. The bike should then emit a double "beep" sound
- Your trip should ended automatically. If it's not, please contact our Customer service

To browse your trips history, click on your profile icon at the top left of the home page, then on "MY TRIPS". You will find the list of all your old trips. By clicking on a specific trip, you can consult:
🗓 the date and time of the trip
💰 the price you were charged
⏱ travel time and distance traveled
