💳 Our system currently only support credit card transactions.
When adding your credit card, we perform a payment simulation which can be visible as a temporary (which will cancel immediately) debit of 0 € or 1 € depending on the bank. This allows us to verify the authenticity of your bank card.
🏦 In order to guarantee payment for the service, we make a request for pre-authorization of payment at the start of each trip of €25. This sum corresponds to a deposit which makes it possible to secure the loan of the bike for each rental. This may be visible on your account, its display depends on your bank (7 days maximum). Rest assured that it does not in any way correspond to an additional levy on our part.
*This amount is not debited from your account (it will only be debited in the event of non-return to the station or damage to the bike); only the billing for your trip will be debited. Some immediate debit cards (such as Visa Electron or Maestro) can block the entire amount for a certain period. Please consult the conditions of use of your payment card issued by your bank.
Finally we use the services of Stripe Inc, a company specialized in securing online payments made by credit card. Payments are made via a secure and PCI-DSS certified payment interface.
